This channel is run by Japanese YOGA Natsumi. She is the president of the All Japan Yoga Therapist Association, and is a professional teacher who trains yoga instructors. That's why I started YouTube when I posted instructional videos for students of yoga instructor training courses. At first, since it was for my own family, I thought no one in the general public would be watching, so they forgave me for the messed up quality (laughs). I can't go out because I have a special illness. "I'm too busy after childbirth or raising children to do my own maintenance. I have noticed that many people feel this way. I'm hoping to post mainly healing yoga lessons that will give peace of mind to many people.
